Do you have banh bao cooking demos this year in any other OCLS branch? It’s just that the Winter Garden branch is more than an hour away from me. Also, could you please send me your class sched and demo topic for 2018 at both the OCLS and the Maitland public library so I could make plans way ahead of time? The newletters are out the month you do the demos and it’s not enough time to arrange to be off work or rearrange prior commitments. I checked your website but was unable to find anything and the OCLS
still publishes to contact you at haroda.com. Really confusing!

I am sorry that the Winter Garden Branch is pretty far away for you. I understand. It takes me at least 30 minutes with no traffic from my house.
Here is my schedule so far:
Maitland (Sundays at 3pm)
– February 18, 2018 – we will be making Vietnamese Honey Comb Cakes
– May 20, 2018 – we will be making Vietnamese steamed layer cakes
– August 19, 2018 – We will be making Vietnamese fried batter fish
– November 18, 2018 – Open for suggestions
OCLS — I know they will ask to do something in May to celebrate Asian heritage month. We do not have dates or topics yet. Right now we only have the one in Winter Garden Branch – Steamed Buns
Safety Harbor Library (In St. Pete, FL) – May 17, 2018 from 6:30 – 7:30pm, Steamed Buns
That is all I have scheduled for now. You can also make requests to the OCLS library nearest to you. They may listen and request for me to do a demo for that location as well.
