My oven is working again. Yay!!! I created another batch of Banh Bo Nuong (Vietnamese Honey Comb Cake). This time it was successful and yummy! The recipe was from one of my sisters. I should have used her recipe instead of the recipe off the internet. Thanks sis!

Besides eating healthy, exercise is highly encouraged. Nice habits to incorporate into our every day life. We are creatures of habits. Why not make our habits benefit us.

Did you know that October 5, 2011 was an International Walk (IWALK) to school day? More than 2800 schools registered their 2011 Walk to School Celebrations at www.walktoschool.org.
